Der Klopapierrollrenhalter ist lose, es gibt Schwarzschimmel hinter der Tür und keine Heizung im Bad, woraus dieser wohl bedingt ist. "- Smelly of smoke, mole, dirty textiles etc - Mediocre service - Uncomfortable and old beds - Noisy, you can not move a centimeter without creating quirky noises - We got a room without toilet even it was booked We will not come back, 100% for sure and I recommend to stay somewhere else. "

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. "It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. "We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was as romantic as we wished for to our anniversary celebration. It is nice and quiete. Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet, and super good restaurant. Nice service, and i was positiv surprised about the observant and smiling staff that always had a nice word to you . We can highly reccomend the hotel."
