"We had a crazy experience with our last visit; their card reader was messed up, and we were charged twice for our stay. The staff was very apologetic and did everything possible to attempt to correct the issue. Unfortunately, during the process of trying to correct the issue, our card was overcharged multiple times. The staff and management were very apologetic and worked very diligently to correct the mistake. They also gave us a $90 credit towards our stay and gave us a free stay for our next visit. The entire staff was great and very helpful. This situation was obviously not something we expected to happen, and thankfully, my husband, the staff, and I handled it with grace and were able to get everything resolved promptly. The rooms were very clean, the hot tub was nice and warm, and we had zero issues with noise. The beds are very comfortable. I do wish our room had a microwave so we could have heated our leftovers from lunch, but other than that, we will stay here again, even without the free room."
