"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. "The rooms were spacious. Stuff was attentive. Food was on par with the price and met the expectations, with a good selection and sufficient variety with quality ingredients. Spa can be improved with a steam room. On the other hand, beach chairs can get packed and not very spacious compared to the number of residents. Wi-Fi was very unreliable, you get good signal but connection is bad. Gym setup was really weak. As a foreigner who depended on the wifi, I struggled."

"Lovely hotel but not as good as I expected. Great breakfast. Shuttles to the ‘beach’ but it’s actually far away and there’s no stand,instead a little jetty. The room was spacious and clean. I love the cats/kittens around. I questioned the staff about food/water bowels as I saw 2 cats drinking from the pool (not good), they advised have have food stations out of site and a animal first aid kit which made me very happy. It would be amazing if hotels starting neutering the cats at their hotels to help with the numbers. And set up a box in the hotel for donations to help with neutering a Liam’s in their area. I would have definitely donated. We were in a hurry to checkout to get a flight & lady at reception made me wait to check the mini bar then tried to charge me for things we hadn’t touched. Over all a lovely stay but I think a little overpriced"

"I have no bad comments about the hotel. Everyone who works at the hotel is extremely nice and respectful. The valet guy was so nice and helpful. The breakfast staff was excellent, and the welcome was very warm. The beach service was excellent, especially the towel service. Everything was well organized, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. Great job, Cape Hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay. ❤️"
