"Not quite a 4-star experience. A beautiful property and nice rooms, but let down by poor housekeeping and disappointing evening meals in particular for children. Lacking the Austrian charm that we would expect and enjoy on a skiing holiday. "

"Location was great and spa facilities excellent. Restaurant staff were average at best and definitely not extra effort from reception staff unless you clearly asked. The building itself is really an architectural mistake for the area and it was confusing to understand why such a modern building with no sympathetic alignment to the town would be allowed. The interior was the same a bit of a mismatched between modern and clean to retro in bars and other areas. Over all good but not great"

"This was a real treat! We took a cable car to get there, and we were immediately greeted by the staff. They showed us around and explained all the amenities. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner there, along with a delicious breakfast. The area around there has hiking amid beautiful mountain trails. The hot tub and pool were incredible. This is a special place."

"Out of all the places we stayed during our 16 day family vacation/European road trip, this is the only one that was a total bust. We're not picky or hard to please, but from the rude attendant during check-in to the ever-present smell of cigarettes, to the loud neighbors and run-down/dated furnishings and uncomfortable beds, it's honestly difficult to find something nice to say. Breakfast was good and included in the price. There. That's one nice thing. Bottom line: it's a dump. Do not recommend."
