Better luck next time

Unfortunately there are building works being carried out and they were still working at 8 pm very close. The restaurant wasn't open just 2 ladies trying to put a basic on a basic meal,they could not speak English so had trouble understanding each other. Would like to try again in 12 month's when everything will be sorted.

Excelente atencion y servicio al cliente. Cuartos limpios y bien tenidos. Camas comodas. Internet debil pero presente. WiFi insuficiente para llamadas importantes en Skype o de voz. Ubicacion campestre y muy remota. Bueno para retiros y estadias donde se busca silencio, paz y tranquilidad. Para comer o cenar hay que ir en auto a otro pueblo como El Puente o Rio Seco — no hay mucho alrededor.

Nice place to stay in the countryside

All was good as expected. The Jacuzzi in the room was a plus, besides didn't use it. Arrived late, but they explained everything and told us to pay next day before leaving. Breakfast was good and enough. Even we were asked if we wanted anything else. Definitely would stay there again. The only problem I found is the banging doors, as even when you were being careful it was noisy.

Small but comfy posada.

Great little place, very helpful staff, clean comfortable room. Location OK, close to coast, and specifically just over half an hour from Bilbao ferry port. Only slight disappointment, the restaurant was closed; I did not establish whether long-term or just week-end (I stayed Saturday night). Would definitely recommend for the price

Good quality accommodation for the price

The room was newly done with a good bed and nice shower/bathroom. The staff were pleasant and helpful but you do need Spanish or a google translator handy. Some confusion on their behalf as whether we had paid or not ~ in part due to hotels.com policy allowing local or online payment. Ate in the next village in a local bar which was very hospitable.
