Had a wonderful stay at Perch Service Apartment. The place is peaceful, the neighborhood is lovely, and there’s a nice park nearby. Overall, really enjoyed my time here.

It's a decent property but they must replace the linen. Towels, bedsheets, blankets are old but luckily, we had our own towels. Also, TVs can only be used for online content but then the wireless speed is very low to stream anything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and spacious. Another thing, I reckon there is marriage hall behind this property and they play very loud music till midnight. So annoying...

All the staff was very friendly and sincere. Floor in whole building was shining from its cleanliness. Bathroom is also clean and spacy .I could wash my a little laundry easily.

During my stay, the reception mistakenly gave my room key to another guest, and at 5:30 in the morning, a stranger tried to open the door and enter my room. I was extremely frightened at that moment. Since I had to continue my stay, I requested that a chain lock be installed on my door. Although they said they would do so, the chain lock was never installed.

Every room was cleaned properly. Flies and mosquitoes were irritating but they have repellent defusers. Staffs are friendly and there was nothing problem during the stay. Highly recommend it as a service apartment.
