Noisy, noisy, noisy. All the floors open onto a central atrium where the restaurants are located. It was impossible to get away from the sound of the piano being banged on or the loud guests having meals. I was ignored when I asked for a quieter room and had to walk down to the desk before any attempt was made to move me.

A good hotel for business travel , a clean and beautiful property however the staff from reception to restaurant , and everyone in a suit is not engaged ... they lack motivation .. they lack courtesy ... they lack professionalism .. the subordinate staff - bell boys , gatekeepers , and drivers wants to work and have the required courtesy but the pressure on them can be felt ... I will stay again to indirectly learn leadership ... you shoul not if you want to enjoy food and facilities

Pleasant stay.

Comfortable stay. Neat n tidy hotel. Staff were helpful when necessary.....but why are staff members so stern when you approach them.....,they need to be friendlier, more open warm and welcoming.....I found this in a few of them. I do stay I. Various hotels and I could tell the difference of staff warmth and reception. My check out was pleasant....

Nice hotel

The Ramada is a great hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the staff are always there to help you. Our flight out was late and the hotel give us a room to have a shower and freshen up. Which was a nice touch by the deputy manager. Not much to do outside of the hotel apart from getting a tuk tuk and going somewhere. Overall the hotel is very good. Room nice and roomy. Although I have to say the pool isn't that nice. Lots of pigeons up there drinking the water and flying around. We didn't use the pool for that reason but we did a bit of sunbathing and there was always a sunbed and towel to use. Expensive and not worth the price.

We found our stay extremely disappointing. The shuttle to the airport was very expensive and the rate was not provided when we booked. The rooms were dirty, and we found a old bandaid in one of the showers. The food was very bad. No one enjoyed their meal. The breakfast buffet was poorly stocked and all of the food was cold. The management was very pushy. Once they found out that we were unhappy with their service they became very pushy, and began to argue with us in the lobby. Overall, we wish that we had spent more money and stayed closer to the airport at one of the hotels close by. This hotel was not much cheaper but it was the worst experience that we had at a hotel in India and we stayed at more than 10 around the country.
