"Gave it an excellent based on the room, location, effective reuse of an older building, the breakfast that was included and the staff. Areas for improvement - some high traffic areas could use more cleaning and the curtains in the room that could use some maintenance. Overall would recommend the place - good value for the money"

"We stayed at multiple hotels/motels and cabins during our trip to Nova Scotia and during our trip around Cabots Trail. The Bras D'Or Inn was by far our favourite stay. The room was spacious and clean, the property was beautiful with a gorgeous wharf behind where there were gorgeous views of the lake. The attached restaurant was also a nice treat. The food was terrific. We only stayed one night, but it was the best evening of the trip. Would stay again there 100%"
