Hotel whilst small, was superbly located. It is near the subway, near convenience stores (for the snacks/instant noodles/heat packs) and near different markets like dried goods market, a food street, a fashion street. Even have a simple buffet breakfast (cereals / pasta / porridge / coffee / fruit). Actually the ideal type of breakfast, where you do not have so much food that you stuff yourself and can't eat anything local after that. Just nice to get you started Staff can speak English...

Friendly staffs…. Do not need to worry that you are not able to communicate they speak really well English. Hotel is located at foods Street. So if you are hungry.… no problem. City hall station is only 5 min walks away so really convenient. And most important there is no carpets layout on the floor so room smell fresh and clean. The is also a small pantry that you can make a cup of coffee and microwave that you can heat up foods. A small and comfy hotel 👍

The boss and staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, right in the shopping paradise of Myeongdong, Seoul. Food, subway, boutiques, massage parlours are within the vicinity. The only little complaint I have is the noisy aircon pumps and the damp-smell of the room due to not-so-good ventilation. Other than that, I like that little pantry area where I had my breakfast at my own pace. There was also a microwave where I could heat up my food. Toiletries were also very complete - bath...

I would definitely return to stay at 24 Guesthouse Myeongdong Centre the next time I return to Seoul. Staff are warm and helpful, and a shoutout to Sean who offered his utmost help when my mom had a bad fall and sprained her leg. The guesthouse is a mere 5 minute walk away from the bustling side of Myeongdong where the skincare & cosmetics shops are located. Korean BBQ places and two cafes surround this guesthouse. A discount store is available too! It's just a few steps away....
