The lobby was really great, and there is a restaurant inside the hotel that is very nice and had delicious food. However, the rooms were very outdated, even though it looked clean the carpet had some stains. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and it was easy to walk around the downtown area.

Errol in central europe.

Ordinary hotel. Requires signage that identifies hotel from street and footpath. Walked past hotel as in picture, not knowing it was a hotel. In a car park. Staff off putting, not friendly. Location of hotel is not identified in this email

Location is nearby if cafes and good restaurants & train station 5 mins walk.. just the condition of the room is old.. doors not even closed properly. Breakfast buffet not much. Staff were friendly.

Best hotel in Gyor, needs better AC

The staff are all great, polite and do their jobs well. Book an updated room as it makes a big difference. The bathrooms in all room types need to be redone as they ar every old but are functional. My one complaint is that the hotel tries to save money and the minimum ac temperature is set to 23C which is in fact pretty warm for anyone who is used to effective air conditioning in the hot summer months. Skip the breakfast and head to a local cafe instead.

Bad odour in the room, ok bed

One night stay during our travels - not value for money. Poor breakfast (many items finished very early) and staff in the restaurant as well as on the bar weren’t that keen on serving staying guests. Room was deluxe version, but the bathroom smelled bad for the entire stay. Bed and aircon were positive items of our stay.

Terrible service

I asked them to change my booking with one day (litteraly postponing it for one day: arrival one day later, departure one day later). They said hotels.com should "allow them" to do so, when calling hotels.com, they said they could not reach the hotel and that the hotel had 72 hours to react, which was too late... Anyway the hotel was not willing to do anything and prefers to keep the money of one night instead of providing a small service to its customers. Terrible short-sighted attitude. If you go, make sure you do not have to ask them anything, because the do not know the word "customer service".
