"The lobby had a strange, funky smell the moment we walked in, which didn’t give us much confidence about the stay ahead. Our room was clean, but the bedding was extremely uncomfortable. The sheets felt like plastic — every time you moved, they crinkled loudly. It made it difficult to relax or get any real rest. The ice machine also wasn’t working and had no ice available, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. Overall, while the room itself was tidy, the comfort and basic amenities just weren’t there. I wouldn’t choose to stay at this location again."

"I checked in, they gave me a key for a room that was occupied. Embarrassing. then I got moved up to 3rd floor. Next morning the elevator is out and I have to lug my bags, purse, coffee thermos and sack of snacks down the stairs. I am alone and 74 years old. Not a great experience. "

Between the mold in our shower, having to pay every night for parking, every time you turned around you were being charged for something. The pool at this property had paint chipping off in the water in the walls. Had paint literally peeling off of them."
