Can’t say enough good things about the staff and service. We were only there for one night, but we were treated like special guests. Gorgeous decor, fitness center, pool, rooms, ba to rooms. Our requests were accommodated, the kids got little gifts from the staff, the in-room dining meals and Ospero breakfast were delicious, the views were spectacular, the amenities were plentiful. We usually don’t like to stay at the same hotel more than once, but this one definitely “rose” to our needs and likes. Thank you!

The whole hotel was spotless with modern amenities, just a much needed reprieve after the Ha Giang loop. An unexpected favorite so far in Vietnam after many other hotels.

Room was very good overal #1005, but if being very very picky. There was little metal thing on floor looked like a vacuum part or something. The vacuum missed a little bit of stuff in one spot. The entire room wasn't wiped down from top to bottom. Otherwise the room was very good. There no instructions ...
