Good experience but could be improved

The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise.

船の老朽化を除き、一度乗って体験するが良い。

食事は、夕食はまずまず。朝食は 頂けない。ブランチは合格点だが、イマイチ。我々が利用した日の食事が毎回同じだとしたら、工夫が足りない。出身国が分かっているから、出来るだけ研究してそれに合わせられれば、合格だが、クルーザーと言うことを考えると、少し研究する必要ありと思う。 マネージャーの愛想良さ、努力、それに親切さはとても感じが良かった。船が建造されて10年と聞いたが、木造部分がかなり痛んでいた。幾クラシックの種類の船と言っても、少しずつ改良すべきだ。朝食とブランチの時間が近すぎて、一考を要する。船内のもてなしを再検討する必要有りと思われる。船長の航行操作が完璧、素晴らしかった。船室のドアが傷んでいて、鍵が上手く開け閉め出来ない。要修理、また、室内の蛍光灯が一つ切れていた。チェックが足りない。

Staff and service was excellent, However our room was very cramped and the double bed suffered from a gap in the middle. The boat was in ok condition, the food and bar service was ok. I would recommend spend a bit more money and getting on one of the larger boats

Staffs were all nice and friendly. Food and beverage were excellent. They also produced inexpensive food upon requests. The rooms were big, clean and tidy. I was so happy to have a bathroom with a big window, so that I could enjoy the view of Ha Long Bay while taking a shower. The wood structure was a bit outdated, but overall still quite cozy.

Very touristy activities and crowded. Some random staff shouting at me to get out of my room for checkout with an hour left to go! Could not speak English so he just waved his hand and shouted checkout checkout repeatedly! Food is ok for catering style and buffet. The views of Ha Long which is what you do this for is fantastic especially at night and in the morning sun.

Everything was fantastic about this overnight experience with Syrena Cruises. The staff were very attentive and nothing was a problem for them. We had a room with a balcony with a fantastic view of the limestone islands jutting out of the water. The meals were beautiful and we also did a cooking lesson with spring rolls. The activities were also great. We walked through a huge cave, swam at a beach and there was a chance to climb a hill to a temple. We also did tai chi early in the morning. I would definitely recommend Syrena Cruises.

満足感は高いです

１泊２日で利用しました。良かった点は、スタッフの対応の良さ。上陸時や船内の料理体験、イカ釣り体験などでは、親切に応対してくださいました。 船室と料理は、ものすごく良いとはいいませんが、及第点には達していると思います。広めの客室をリクエストして、その通りになりましたが、細長い部屋なので、寝室自体はそれほど広くはありません。 クルーズコースは一般的なものですが、いわゆる「サプライズ洞くつ」に寄れたのは良かったです。あとで知りましたが、別の船では１泊２日しても、ここに寄れないものも実際にあるようで、感動がまったく違うと思います。 やや残念な点は、風景に関しての情報提供が少ないところでしょうか。ハロン湾には、いろいろな形の岩があって、名前もついているように日本のガイドブックには書かれています。しかし、クルーズ中にそれらの紹介はありませんでした。不思議に思って、スタッフの一人に伝えると、そこからは親切に「あれはベトナムのお札に描かれている岩だ」などと丁寧に案内してくれました。同乗の外国人客からは「君たちのリクエストで、コースも少し変えてくれたようだ。ありがとう」と声を掛けられました。最初から案内があるのがベストかもしれませんが、この船のスタッフのフレンドリーさを考えると、いろいろ話しかけてみるといいかもしれません。

Halongbucht-Tour im März

Die Cruise in der Halongbucht war sehr schön. Ebenso das Schiff.. Der Transport mit dem Bus von Hanoi in die Bucht (ebenso zurück) dauerte jedoch viel länger als angegeben.Auch mussten wir vor der Rückfahrt 2 Stunden auf dem Schiff im Hafen auf den Bus warten. Die Crew war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great boat, great staff.

Really nice trip made even better by the great staff. The only disappointing thing was the wait for the transfer back to Hanoi but otherwise a really highly recommended cruise.

enjoyable stay

Syrena cruise staff were all very helpful & very friendly. The Syrena van that picked us up from our hotel in Hanoi was big & comfy, (plenty of room for luggage) with free wifi & bottled water which were very handy for the almost 4 hours trip to Halong bay. The Syrena staff helped us carry our luggage onto the boat, we were very well looked after. We had a double room with balcony for added privacy. We had our designated dining table in the dining room with little flags representing the country were the guests were from. There's plenty of good food. On the first day, we visited places like the Surprise Cave, really surprising as it is huge, the views from the outside decks were excellent. Then visited the Ti Top island, climbing up the top is all worth it, for another magnificent views of Halong bay! Had fun & good exercise at the same time! Then dinner time, more good food on the boat with food demonstration & actual guests participation in Vietnamese spring roll making. 2nd day, taichi on the deck, early breakfast then kayaking & cruising on a sampan boat along Luon tunnel caves. Then brunch before check out. A wonderful experience indeed. Thumbs up & best wishes to Syrena Cruise.

Super croisière en baie d'Halong !

Super croisière 2 jours/1 nuit sur la baie d'Halong ! Nous avons été surclassés en suite sur cette réservation de dernière minute avec boissons et corbeille de fruits. Beau bateau avec un équipage très agréable et sympathique.

직원분들 친절하고 시설도 마음에 들어요 미지막날 늦게 하노이로 밴을 타고 갔어야하는데 기다리는게 지루할까봐 커피랑 음료도 주셨습니다 하롱베이 크루즈 어딴걸로하실지 고민이시라면 전 시에나크루즈를 추천합니다

너무 기대했나봅니다.

후기가 좋아 너무 기대했나봅니다. 여기 호텔스닷컴에는 4성이라고 적어뒀는데, 3성 아닌가요? 엄지손가락보다 큰 바퀴벌레가 발코니에 기어다녀 나가보지도 못하고, 다음날 하필 내 방앞에 또다른 바퀴벌레가 뒤집어져서 발을 허둥이고 있는 모습을 보니 온몸에 소름이 돋았습니다. 사진처럼 방이 좋지 않아요. 낡은 티가 납니다. 천정에서 물이 새요. 화장실은 문이 없고 커튼으로 쳐져있습니다. 사진을 너무 믿지 말고 가야되요. 그리고 저녁식사는 서양인에게는 코스로 제공하고, 동양인에게는 뭉텅이로 내놓나봅니다. 밥 나오는 거 보고 식욕이 싹 사라집니다. 기본적으로 코스라고 했으면 코스로 줘야죠, 아니 그렇게 뭉텅이로 내놓을거면 물어봤어야죠? 직원들은 전반적으로 친절했으나, 일부러 못알아 듣는 척 하는 직원도 있답니다. 가격대비 좋다고 할 수 있을지 모르겠네요.

Amazing, Gorgeous, Must Go.

A highlight for us. Staff was great, room was lovely (we got a balcony with our room and it was lovely and very romantic), food was pretty good.

Smuk natur, fint Cruise, men lidt overrendt.

Rigtigt fint Cruise. De attraktioner vi var i land og se 1. Dagen af vores 3 dage / 2 nætters ophold var meget overrendt og touristet. Nok fordi dags Cruise og 1 nar / 2 dages Cruise skal se de samme ting. 34 skibe på vores overnatningsplads, så ikke helt den ro man kunne ønske. Stadig smukt, og 21.30 var der ikke mere musik fra bådene.

아름다운 선상호텔

배에 오후는 순간부터 색다름과 직원들의 친절함에 기분 좋음. 음식과 객실의 상태 모두 만족함. 세레나에서 제공되어진 알찬 프로그램(송곳동굴, 티톱섬약, 야단났기,항루원투어)에 만족.

笑顔のスタッフが良かったです。

口コミがたくさんあり、一定の評価があったのでこちらにしました。ハロン湾の他の船にも言えることですが、写真よりも結構古ぼけてます。ずっと海上にいるからか傷みやすいのかな？こちらの船も結構年期は入った感じでした。掃除などはよくされていましたが船のメンテをもう少ししたほうがいいなあという箇所がいくつか。 部屋のベッドはダブルだとシングルをくっつけた造りになっていましたので、広さは十分でした。部屋はバルコニーの部屋にしましたが予想どおり小さかったです。あと、口コミにもありましたが、トイレと洗面所の仕切りがカーテン一枚だったので女性はトイレの時はちょっと困りますね。外にもいくつかトイレはありました。 食事はベトナム料理かな？というと微妙な料理もありましたが味は美味しかったです。夕食はブッフェでなくコース料理で海鮮なども食べれました。 スタッフは一人女性で笑顔の素敵なスタッフがいました。とても一生懸命で好感が持てました。ハロン湾は2度目でしたが世界的な観光地のせいか愛想のない人が多いような気がしましたが、こちらの船はそうでもありませんでした。 お部屋の掃除は行き届いていましたし、お値段的にもリーズナブルなのでいいかなと思います。Wi-Fiはかなり遅いです。

Awesome Boat

This review is solely for the Syrena boat and staff. if I had to do Ha Long bay again, I don't think I would do a cruise. I would probably stay on an island and do day trips to less traveled areas... there is just too many people at the places they take you. however, it's pretty fun to be on a boat, so if you do do a cruise one night was more than enough for me. The boat was clean, the staff was awesome, and the good was good (nothing mind blowing, but definetely good), the beds and room were quite comfortable as well. We got a room with a balcony. Definetely worth it!
