Very cute place, excellent location, wish they had more items stocked for families that plan to cook had to buy a wine opener, no strainer, 1 small bottle of hand soap for entire stay

Marques, the consummate professional. Attentive, lenient. I had a problem at checkout, wasn't a problem for Marques. Couldn't wish for a better location, city street vibe, exactly what I wanted. Apartment is incredible! Felt completely at home. Located main street, Haarlem. 12 degree inside as I arrived. 20 degrees an hour later. 22 degrees constant. Seating, I needed a nice big sofa to crash out on and it was perfect, if a little dated and stained. Cooking a meal was adequate, induction hob and fan oven working well. The shower room and toilet is faultless. Plenty of storage space in bedroom. I was expecting a double bed but it was two singles together with double.linen. I wouldn't mind a single bed, but this arrangement didn't suit my restless nights. Also, it was a single occupancy booking, they left me with a single duvet on a double bed (two singles) which I found very odd, no reason to complain as I was warm enough but would've been more comfortable with a double duvet. Cleanliness gets a 4.5/5 as some of the cutlery needed cleaning but the overall cleanliness is 5/5. The balcony with street view was one of the best things about my trip. There's a coffeeshop opposite the apartment. Be careful leaving the apartment, there's bikes coming at you from both sides. Dont trip on cobbles as you leave, you may end up in the coffeeshop! I am looking forward to my next stay already.

Great apartment but needs work

The apartment is in a great location in the city. Despite being downtown, it's not noisy at all. It's easy to take day trips from this location, as the main train station of Haarlem is only a 15-20 minute walk away. The apartment itself is great, as well. It's spacious enough for a small family, though unfortunately the bed is one of the most uncomfortable I've ever been on. It's so soft that it's impossible to lay flat. I ended up sleeping on the sofa during my entire stay as it was more comfortable. The cleanliness of the apartment was a big issue. The bed sheets were stained and dirty (though I didn't end up sleeping on the bed so I didn't bring this up with the owner). The rug in the living room had a big stain, as did all the furniture. The sofa was very stained and dirty, as were all the seats. It was very surprising for such a nice apartment to have such dirty and in some cases gross furniture. Other than the furniture and sheets, the apartment was clean. Another issue I had is that you're provided with one small and flat pillow and a small duvet. If you want another pillow or towel (you're only provided one for the entire stay), it's an extra 12 euro. This place could be so much better if attention was paid to the interior design of the place. It's really a beautiful apartment, otherwise. Would I stay here again? Probably not as a good bed is very important when travelling. But if you like sleeping on a lumpy, super soft mattress, you might feel differently.

Seriously the WORST experience EVER!

This was a nightmare from start to finish. The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. They promised to get it cleaned which they did while we were out at dinner but the leak was not fixed. They told us the leak would be fixed the next day. It wasn't. We ran out of hot water the third day and kept emailing and texting and was asked by the manger to fix it ourselves? He finally came after 3 days to fix it. Because the rooms were prepaid, Hotels.ca could not help us. The manager told us he would refund us our nights we didn't have hot water but he has ignored each email since. We couldn't leave as it was prepaid and all hotels were full due to Formula 1 that weekend. Now the location is good but if you have issues with stairs, not a good place for you (we were in E). There is a tight staircase to the bedroom and full washroom (be prepared to clean up after the shower - it leaks too). The outside door to the deck does not open fully. At the end of the day, it looks cute but I would never stay at any of the places managed by this group.

Schone en goed ingerichte Loft. Centraal gelegen, dus perfecte uitvalbasis. Meer dan voldoende gelegenheden aanwezig om boodschappen te doen. Communicatie van de verhuurders was duidelijk en service gericht.

Haarlem city trip

Haarlem is a beautiful city and the apartment was super nice, well taken care of and enough space. Only downside was the bed, which was below the standard of the rest. Two more nights and I would need a back replacement

Hello Haarlem

This apartment was beautifully presented. Clean tidy and very comfortable. Would recommend cozy loft apartments haarlem to anybody who wants a home away from home. Close to everything. The only down side was bedroom needs black out curtains and the cleaners room is in the apartment twice during our stay we had to accommodate the cleaning lady while she got cleaning products and linen from the apartment..

Quando abbiamo contattato il proprietario per prendere appuntamento per l’appartamento, prima non ha risposto al telefono e poi ci ha soltanto scritto tramite sms che non aveva prenotazione per noi e che non lavorava con Expedia da molto tempo. Notare che noi avevamo prenotazione scritta! Nel tardo pomeriggio con una bambina è un cane abbiamo dovuto cercare un’altra sistemazione più lontana è molto più costosa! È stato un vero imbroglio! Fate attenzione

Lovely apartment but not without problems.

Communication via phone and email, both pre-trip and while there, frequently went unanswered. “We are not a hotel” however when present, checking in other guests the team was responsive and helpful. We stayed 6 days. Very good location and Haarlem is great for ease of access to other cities. Gym and grocery very close. All apartments are different; these comments are for Apt E. On third floor, no elevator plus steps lead down into apt and spiral steep steps leading to bedroom. Note bedroom with sloped ceilings and low beams; can be challenging. Apt was clean, atmospheric with exposed beams, nicely designed, no views except roof/adjacent apartment. The apt has the smallest terrace without views of the apts we saw and looks into the bathroom. Kitchen well equipped; European appliances, coffee provided. Upstairs bedroom leads directly into bathroom; no door and lack of privacy from two large bathroom windows without curtains. It’s a very uncomfortable situation using the shower and toilet while seeing people on the upper balcony and with their window overlooking the Loft E toilet. One window was broken and couldn’t be open, so bedroom/bathroom lacked ventilation and was hot. Suggested to owner; curtains in bathroom, large floor fan and additional towels. Good laundry service. If owner follows through with suggestions, I would recommend apt; otherwise consider your heat and modesty tolerance.

Superb!

Really enjoyed our short stay at the Cozy Lofts. Only stayed there for one night, but I kinda wish we'd had come a day earlier, to enjoy the loft for an extra day. Good beds, GREAT shower and all round quality room(s).

Nice apartment but no internet

This apartment is very nice the only problem i did not have internet during my stay and communication with the landlord was a bit hard there is no desk at the hotel like a lobby.you must inform the owner when you will arrive so he can be there. in my case i could not bc i was traveling and when i arrived there was no one i had to call the owner then wait.
