"As many reviews said, this establishment is indeed functional, it was a great location for what I needed but there is space for improvement...my top shower head wasn't working and I was afraid to touch anything as I was worried it will come off the wall completely - that is how loosely/poorly fitted it was. There was also some mould in the bathroom (which is understandable) but surely if cleaned off frequently would not build up as much. Sadly, I also found the pillows very uncomfortable (hollow fibre filling that has formed clumps by now) and there weren't any other options so I had quite poor sleep for 3 nights. "

"I'ts a beautiful boutique hotel, the staff is so nice, the room is so clean and has details that make u feel at home. We liked the easter chocolate eggs they put in the cofee tray at the room. The breakfast was the best we have at all our europe trip, they really make an outstanding service even when we didn't reserve the breakfast they made a great buffet for us in 15 min with fresh bread and everything delicious. Thank you so much, we will return and definetly recommend Gwendy."
