"All was good. It was a youths baseball weekend with a lot of kids and all was still okay. Check in was bumpy because we arrived really late and the attendant said we only had one room when our reservation was for 4 adults and 2 rooms. We had also called ahead so this was uncomfortable. Eventually we got past it and bedded down for the night."

"We arrived and checked into our room and left for the afternoon/evening. We arrived back at our room about 10:30pm ready for a good night's rest. Didn't happen! First of all the bed was very hard, like sleeping on a board. The pillows were like straw covered with a pillowcase, very hard as well. After laying down and having the TV on low the people above us were either playing basketball or had a bunch of children that ran across the floor (our ceiling) for the next two hours. I called the front desk and she said she would call that room. The noise did not stop so at 11:45pm I called the front desk again for the same reason. She said she would go up there. She called my room back and let me know she didn't hear anything. I was extremely frustrated because we could clearly hear them. Somehow, we fell asleep sometime after midnight but were awakened again around 2am with people coming down the hall to their rooms laughing and talking as if there were no other people in the hotel. The next morning, we noticed there were 2 conditioners and 1 lotion, No shampoo. We had to go to the front desk to ask for some. We went to breakfast and sadly, the same lady that checks you in was also the one making the breakfast. She was doing her best but not sure how that should even be allowed as she needed to wipe tables, mix the waffle batter and cook the other items and check people in. It was simply too much for one person to take care of! Sadly, we will never stay here again."

"Check-in is listed as 4:00 PM. I arrived at 2:00 PM and was told I had to wait for a text message—one that never arrived. I approached the front desk again at 4:00 PM, only to be told that my room wasn't ready. At 6:00 PM, my room *still* wasn't ready, and I really needed to rest; I actually had to argue with the front desk staff just to get them to assign me a room. I truly wasted a lot of time, which is why I'm giving it two stars. Everything else was fine, with the exception of the pool, which was very dirty and clearly lacked maintenance. I honestly do not recommend this hotel; if you're visiting the area, the Golden Nugget right next door is a much better choice. I regret staying at this hotel."

"Please do not stay in this place, photos promoted on the page are far from reality. I rented the presidential suite for my wife and I for the wknd. Well i arrived, the first thing i was told was that my room had a leak from the ceiling it was small but still good to occupied. I was told that since they didnt had any more rooms available if i decide to keep it i would get the room half price which i agreed. receptionist said the manager is not in today but i “ PROMISE” i will get all this situated for you. Well check out comes we leave the room returned the keys. Later when they sent the invoice they charged me the full price. They not only lied to me and they put in a room that the leaked worse thru the night, got all the floor and the couch wet. Pieces of the ceiling where hanging by the morning. Please avoid this place, the presidential room had nothing about presidential. See google reviews on this place i will upload the pictures of what they promote and what i end up getting"

"They never cleaned the room. They would take out trash but the beds were never made and the floors were dirty. Fleas in the room. No vent in the bathroom. Almost positive there was mold on the ceiling in the shower."

"I live in hotels full time for the past 2 years. I've stays in hundreds of them. This is by far the worst. Bugs everywhere. I had to buy bug strips because of how many flys. Also the ceiling drips. It wasn't raining either. Who knows what liquid it was. But it will drip on your bed. Blood on the walls. Bed sheets dont get changed ever. You will have to sleep in dirty sheets."

"Check in was easy. Hotel was fully booked. Only complaint was Our room Polly had 2 towels, we had 3 people and asked for another towel and they told us they were out of towels until the next day."
