"Not a bad stay the rooms are clean"

"Property condition old. Needs maintenance and update. Elevators always very late. Only 1 was working. Not expecting cold breakfast. Coffee found cold all the time. Maybe short of staff or any other reason. Only the location was great. "

"I am requesting a full refund because the Managee gave my room away and tried to put us in a room with two less sleeping spaces. Additional they had non bedding in the room for the pull out. We have 3 Adults and need 3 separate spaces only had 2. "

"Breakfast was decent, several options with staff busy refilling the whole morning. Easy location close to America Dream mall and MetLife Stadium. Rooms were as advertised, average and clean. Parking lot is small but adequate and well lit at night. Pool was small but still enjoyable enough with a couple other families there as well."

"there were mice in our room, my son caught hives we barely slept because we were trying to get the mice out. my daughter came out for competition and she was so drained from lack of sleep. knowing people come with children I would expect more espcecially for the price smh "

"Very nice hotel, comfortable stay. Pretty clean, decent breakfast, spacious room. Parking was annoying because the parking garage is shared with a bunch of businesses and under construction."
