"The staff were all amazing. So pleasant professionals and helpful. The only thing stopping me from giving 5* is that for a Jr Suite, the bathroom was tiny yet had an overkill huge closet. Buffet breakfast was great as well. Room spacious and nice furniture and comfortable bed."

For 2 nights in a row other guests close to our room were being loud, roudy, running up and down the hall, banging on the walls. Hotel staff seemed to not do anything to deal with the problem. There are very few stores available for shopping in the mall. "
