"We had a lot of questions about getting around. The people at the front desk were so very helpful. They made you feel like they were more than ready to help and had answers that were quite helpful. Some staff at other hotels make you feel like they are too busy to help with directions so I really appreciated them. The bus stop being right outside made getting to the airport so easy too. I didn’t find it was noisy when we went to bed at a reasonable time either."

"This hotel was amazing. It was very modern and very clean. They even upgraded me to a deluxe room, which had more space and windows. It was very roomy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I couldn’t believe I could find such a nice room at such a great price right in the Royal Mile. You have to be careful which ibis you go to since there are two just a block away, but they obvious are used to people’s confusion as they instantly asked to see my reservation, anticipating I first went to the wrong room (which I did). I still don’t understand why no hotels have Kleenex available, but it’s all of them."
