The staff was so helpful, and catered to our every whim. The Roman pool was one of kind. The courtyard was gorgeous and intimate. Don't except the Ritz, but this place deserves to be heralded for what it has to offer. We will stay again for sure. Well done Giovanni!!!!"

"Hotel looks great from the outside, but the rooms need updating badly. Not really a 4-star hotel due to the condition of the rooms. Hotel is ideally located very close to the cruise port and train station. Staff were excellent. "

"A truly brilliant location and the restaurant is excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you are traveling by car the walk to the public car park is not a problem and the hotel will help you with your bags if you let them know. I hope to return! If you have mobility issues the stairs from reception to the rooms may be trying."
