Breakfast was fantastic with variety of choices for children too. Comfortable beds unlike most in Norway, and at least a hotel that provides beverage service such as coffee and cocoa drinks. Staff were exceptionally grinding and welcoming, great hospitality received with tips on the surroundings. The perfect spot for those who wants to catch a glimpse of northern lights, the pier next to hotel parking!

We booked a Twin Room and they upgraded us to a suite with 2 bedrooms, a living room and small kitchen in the new wing. Everything is nice about the rooms, we chilled by the living room every night with TV casting possible from your own devices. Breakfast spread is very good as well. It's supposed to be the best place for weekend brunch according to the taxi drivers. Location wise is convenient, the pier area just next door and walkable to a supermarket nearby. Will definitely stay here again if...

Room was clean and cosy. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped for food prep and cooking. Heaters in kitchen and living room broke down on the last night of our stay but good that hotel provided a portable heater. Would be good if hotel could provide larger waste bin in the kitchen. Would also be good if reception was open for longer on weekends or at least have a contact number to call when it was closed. Breakfast was yummy with a good spread. Loved the waffle-maker.
