"It was nice stay in this property. All new and cleaned. Owner was also helpful and has quick reaction for our tasks. Location of the property is good for night life, many restaurants and bars around it. Beach is approx 20 minut by walk. Property is close to the main street so we heard sometimes the noise from the cars. "The location was very good. The furnishings were sparse but ok. But the place was very dirty - the floors, the bathroom, the shower in particular. And there were lots snd lots of very tiny ants everywhere. No food was left out so there was no specific reason for the ants to be on tables, kitchen, and bathroom counters. "What I liked the most is the service! It’s so different from other hotels in Israel because of its high service and hospitality awareness. It’s more expensive, but worth it as it comes to having a piece of mind. The employees were very attentive to all of my requests. The room was very clean and has been cleaned several times a day. The restaurant is quite pricey but has some good dishes so everything depends on what you order. I came to rest so didn’t explore much of the neighborhood but it’s close to Neve Tsedek, a very historic neighborhood and of course it’s located at the heart of the American-German colony neighborhood which is full of interesting history. It’s very quiet hotel and close to the beach. I really enjoy it and want to say again thank you for making it easier for me! "
