Staff was very kind and helpful. They will let you check your bags for several hours before & after check-out. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. TV system was an added bonus. The view was nice out of our window. The location in downtown Shibuya is fantastic! We definitely will be returning to this hotel again in the future!

I traveled here with teenage children and it was very comfortable! The dining area was very convenient. We found lots of good restaurants nearby and it was nice and quiet. The staff was also very friendly and the room was spotless

This is a really nice room. I only stayed for a couple days but I would have been very comfortable here for an extended stay. The kitchen is very well equipped - you get a fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, induction hob, pots, pans, rice cooker, cups (hot and cold), plates, bowls, utensils, even paper towels, and plastic wrap. The room also has an in-unit washer/dryer, and even a little vacuum. There's also a large table which was nice (many hotels, even aparthotels have tiny tables). The room I had included a bunk and a couch, and a "king" sized bed (which is two twin mattresses stuck together, but that wasn't a problem). The bed was firm but comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in between Akihabara station and Asakusabashi station, so you'll be walking for a few minutes to get on the train. It's convenient to Senso-ji, Skytree, and Akihabara. There are also konbini's, a little grocery store, and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Where do i start, it was our 15th anniversary and the staff left us hand written notes to celebrate our special. I was very much touch by their sweet gesture. The views are amazing, the tokyo tower is partially blocked but you can to witness the amazing tokyo views at night. The property has weight scale for luggage , after shopping heavily on the last day we have to bring the large suitcases multiple times to adjust the weights, would be good to have a weighing scale in the property. Other than that very thing is amazing, except the rooms to be smaller compared to the rooms in osaka . But i think the location to ginza made it really easy for us to walk around for shopping.
