"Our stay here was amazing! The property was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The owner was super enthusiastic and communicative about accommodating our needs. He gave us recommendations about local eats and even lit a firepit up for us to use one night. Would definitely be back to stay if I'm ever in Jeju again!"

"Spacious living room and bathroom, plus a clean pool and even a jacuzzi. During our trip to Jeju Island, the accommodation was better than any of the tourist attractions we visited."

"Sarah is a very kind lady. My son was having very high fever above 40 and i was totally helpless trying to find the nearest hospital. Noelia was totally different before and after the booking. She requested me to respect her timezone and asked me to turn to Sarah. I was shocked as the attitude was totally different when i communicated with her in different timezone.
Besides the point, Sarah rushed over with a bottle of brufen to check on my son and helped my hubby with naver map to locate the...

"Beautiful property with a great ocean view room we had. Literally took us a few minutes just to walk to the beach. The hotel was beautiful, but they could update the room and change the carpet to bamboo or wood flooring or tiles. As American citizen, I try to abide by their rigid rules of no shoes in the room and to wear a slippers. However, they need to change that white carpet or beige carpet to wood flooring. Very helpful staff. I appreciate them."
"I did stay or 2 days and had a great time. The pool was heated for sure, but I didn't get a chance to use it, however we did use the indoor Jacuzzi and was happy. They have a great tour right from the hotel which circles near the ocean and was very pretty. Breakfast was decent, would have preferred tags for food to clearly define it's contents, else I had to ask which one was vegan and non-vegan. The staff was helpful though in every which way. The front desk including Sally and the two other gentleman were always with a smile trying to give you feedback on how to plan your stay.
Overall fantastic stay and close enough for most of tourist sports too"
"Staff were friendly and helped to take our luggage up to our room. The lobby was very impressive with a great view.
The rooms were a bit dated and old. One of the draws in the bathroom wouldnโt close unless I forced it in, which was a bit annoying. The bathroom was a good size, however the shower was small and not made for people over 5โ8.
Quite a bit of wear and tear on the balcony. There was a new building that was more modern but we stayed in the old one which showed signs of age. The free drinks were a nice touch.
The pool and gym were great and well maintained but can get super busy.
There were load of spaces in the car park and a good amount of charging ports, so super convenient.
GS25 is located next to the hotel, so a good place to grab a quick snack before heading out for a road trip.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. However walls are quite thin so you can hear people talking or kids running in the hallway."
"The perfect place to stay on Jeju. Feels secluded, but is close to many restaurants, cafes and other amenities. The waveless bakery cafe attached to the hotel makes top level pastries and coffee. Too many good things to list, I liked this hotel far more than 5 star hotels I stayed in on Jeju."
"Our timings happened to match with the shuttle service and we were able to make full use of it. The location is convenient and the room is nice and spacious. Only issue is the pillows. They were a little too flat for us."
"The Shilla Jeju is a truly excellent hotel, but what impressed me most wasnโt the design or the facilities it was the staff.
Every single team member was outstanding. Polite, attentive, and genuinely warm in a way that went well beyond what Iโd expect. I travel often to Europe and the US and have stayed at many hotels along the way, but honestly the service here was better than anything Iโve experienced at hotels in either region.
The management really should look after these people they absolutely deserve a raise. Hotels like this are only as good as the team running them, and Shilla Jeju has clearly got something special. Would happily return."
"Four nights here. Very central if your wanting to stay close to cafes, public transport and shops. 15 mins by public bus from airport. Room was spacious but dated and clean. My only issue was the aircon which on first night did not work, reported to front desk as I had no sleep due to stuffy hot room. Filters were cleaned but I would say still not 100% we had to have it on 15c at all times and that was not even cold. Hate to stay there in summer if they canโt fix their aircon."
