"Motel is right off the road...close to everything...had had everything bed, ac, bathroom, fridge and microwave.
The property isn't gated up so anyone could walk thru the property but I didn't have any problems...nice thing is you park right in front of your room. I missed the breakfast but it was simple. Definitely best room for the price."
"I was very disappointed in the facility and the room. I was caught off guard when SAM told us we should look at the room that I had reserved which is on the second floor to make sure that it was what I wanted. I thought that that was odd. But since they didn’t have an elevator and I recently had knees replaced I wanted a first floor one so we got two queen bed room. We only ate one breakfast at the facility in the five days we were there and it was lukewarm at best and the sausage was hard. The other days we went at 7:30 and food was gone or very little left and one day the waffle maker machine had broke open and was all over the floor and no one was around to clean it up, but there was a sign saying caution. We had not planned to eat breakfast out every day that we were there. On day three I woke up and the sheet had come off of the mattress and that is when I found a HUGE brown stain that went from the top to the bottom of the mattress on the outside. I then found the smoke detector in one of the dresser drawers with no battery in it. When I informed SAM about these room issues along with a dripping faucet his response was “OK thanks”. No apology no offering to get a refund of some sort, etc.."
"We enjoyed our stay at the Quinta Hotels, we always appreciate a well-kept hotel with clean bathrooms. Bed and pillows were comfortable, felt and smelled cleaned, although they forgot to install the shower curtain, our overall stay was very pleasant."
"Dirty floor in corner at bathroom. Caulk or something leaving gray spots in tub. Pillows hard as rocks. Bed covering would have kept one warm in an artic winter! Discovered too late that faucet at vanity was malfunctioning and we had to wash hands in bathtub. Breakfast was ample. Overall not good value for cost of room."
