"We travelled all the way to a floating pontoon only to discover they have closed the business and we were marooned on the water until they sent a boat to collect us. No email or message informing us our paid for booking was not going to be honoured, just got left for fools, expecting to find our accommodation waiting for us upon arrival. Terrible experience."
