"A wonderful hotel, with great facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is spotless, the pool large enough to do laps and windows can be opened if you want to for fresh air. It's a 5 minute walk to the lake which is beautiful and 10-15 minute walk to the closest supermarket although there are small shops closer for food, drinks etc. I was upgraded to a larger room/ suite due to the noise above my room. The room on the 12th Fl had a balcony and overlooked the lake and city. ...

"Our VIP status gave us one of the best rooms on the cruise ship. We were also offered a free bottle of wine. Most of the cruise lines seem to be very similar we would rate this between the 3 star and a 4 star. Staff was amazing. The boat was lots of fun, very relaxing since there’s only 20 or 30 rooms on the entire ship.
