An Oasis of Calm

Carmel Forest was amazing—like stepping into another world. Tranquil, beautiful, and relaxing. I came to stay and visit friends nearby but next time would come and never leave the property. Love the policy of allowing guests to arrive early and stay after checking out to use the facilities. Dining was delightful; I especially liked the evening dinner menu included with half board. Spa facilities were expansive and service was five star!

Amazing relaxing stay… room was big with a beautiful terrace with sun beds with an amazing view. Very clean. Staff were incredibly friendly really made you feel welcome. And the food was probably the best I have eaten…. Massive voices with the most delicious produce. The spa was also very good, loved my massage

I know the hotel for years. It is a very unique hotel in a middle of a forest. Very pleasant and calming hotel, and a very clean and beautiful one, for that it is highly recommended. There is a vast variety of food, the food is very good, although I remember from the past it was better. There is not a lot to do in the evenings, but still it's a very pleasant place to be in.

Vue de la chambre nulle (toits et parking) Accueil et service tres décevants pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, check-in et check-out tres tres longs avec beaucoup d’erreurs, encaissement de la caution dès le check in, lors du check-out erreur sur le montant de la somme à débiter, personnel incapable de dire quelle somme a été débitée, en plus débité sur la mauvaise carte de credit; bref on a eu l’impression d’avoir eu affaire à des débutants ou des incompétents.
