"This hotel saved me from a nightmare at the Kenwick Hotel 10kms away. They helped me check in after hours after a last second booking. It was clean, well maintained and airconditioned, and the staff were delightful."

"From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful—spotless and stylish—and honestly cleaner than the 4-star hotel we stayed in the night before! The staff were fantastic: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely awesome, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The whole place has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!"

"Self check in at bowerbird cottage, instructions clear for entering through driveway gate if closed but gates closed as we went to drive out and wouldn’t self open so partner had to jump over fence to put in gate code, unsure if we could have driven out through other sets of gates but wasn’t going to try as a very steep and uneven surface and would need to do a multi point turn to get back to lower carpark/driveway area-cottage has all the facilities you need to be self sufficient food wise a little cafe around the corner less than 2mins away where Brekky/lunch can be had but no dining out options, a home away from home and a lovely time had 🙂"

"The room was very clean and tidy the price for the room was very fair i was also put in a room next to a busy road but the room was almost sound proof which was fantastic. It's located right next to a shopping mall so all amenties are just across the road. Staff were extremely nice and helpful will be staying again, when in the area."
