Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good amenities. The frying pan was a bit warped but all the other kitchen appliances were great to use! Location was close to transit/subways and the monorail. Unfortunately they started construction early on a Sunday morning so it was a bit loud. I would happily stay again!

This is in a great location, close to the train station with plenty of local food spots nearby. There's also a good selection of convenience stores less than a minute away. The room was clean and well-presented for our family, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Having a fridge/freezer, microwave, and washer/dryer was a huge plus, and we used them quite a lot. The only downside was the soundproofing. We could hear other people stomping around above us, and our kids were probably a bit too noisy for the neighbours.

There’s laundry in the washroom. I like that the toilet and the bathtub is separate.
Bed was spacious. The room is very big compare to the other hotel in Japan. Love that there’s a fridge and kitchen in the room

8/10 Very good! (832 reviews)
"There were some maintenance issues with the hotel. The lights on the elevator button on the 9th floor did not illuminate, my room lights were also a little trouble. There were a couple of bugs in my room as well. The check in staff was not as accommodating as I would have liked. However, the hot ..."

"Great stay! The room was clean, spacious, and well kept. Even though full room cleaning isn't done daily for eco-friendly reasons, the staff still emptied the trash, replaced towels, and made the bed each day. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the dining area was always clean. The location ..."
