Booked a queen bed but ended up with two double beds, where one was less comfortable then the other.

Very nice and helpful staff. I realized I had booked the shuttle for the wrong time at 3 am and went down to the desk and the staff changed it for me with a smile. Very clean and comfortable accommodations! "
