NO REWARDS if you stay here

The stay was OK, except the internet on our floor was not working (acknowledged by the reception, but not fixed). The big complaint is that, despite emails sent, the hotel never reported the stay to Hotels.com, and hence we have still not received our bonus stamps for the two nights. Since this was not reported even after a reminder email, I conclude that the behavior is intentional, so if you are collecting rewards you should AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Einfach großartig, besonders das Personal. Bedauerlich ist aber, dass die sehr, sehr gute Küche geschlossen ist. Aber ich verstehe die Entscheidung des Managements total - ich würde es mir bei den Rahmenbedingungen auch nicht antun.

Alles fein! Nur von einem Zimmernachbarn war der Ton des Fernsehers auch nach 23:00 Uhr noch eine Zeit lang zu hören. D.h. die Wände sind wohl etwas hellhörig

En skuffende rejse.

Under den Linden er et fantastisk gammelt hotel med en sjæl som desværre er gået i stå, det var en skuffelse at restauranten var nedlagt og dermed gjorde at der var totalt dødt efter morgenmad, som iøvrigt var god med en meget opmærksom tjener. Der mangler liv i huset og lidt udendørs faciliteter , parasoller bænke etc. Lidt aften service ville være et plus. Der er langt ind til Centrum som iøvrigt mangler spise steder som er værd at besøge.

Der Aufenthalt im Parkhotel Unter den Linden war kurz gesagt super. Der Empfang beim Check-in überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf der schön im Grünen gelegenen Terrasse der historischen Villa Klamroth konnte nach längerer Radanfahrt in Ruhe ein frisch gezapftes Bier genossen werden. Die Zimmer sind äußerst sauber, gepflegt und ruhig. Das reichhaltige Frühstück wird freundlich serviert. Insgesamt ein wie leider heute selten erlebt freundliches, gepflegtes Haus in schönem Ambiente. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Se ha quedado anticuado y sin restaurante

El Restaurante del hotel está cerrado y no volverá a abrir debido a falta de personal según recepción. El desayuno es pobre, se reduce a dos panecillos y un platito con una loncha de embutido variado, o incluso media loncha, en total 3 y 2 de queso, mantequilla y un poco de mermelada individual y lo típico de cafe o te. Si que te ofrecen hacerte unos huevos revueltos o plancha. La habitación estaba y se mantiene caliente, es amplia, pero estancada en los 90. La cama necesita un cambio de colchón urgente, se hace difícil descansar. El WiFi en las habitaciones no funcionaba y como favor, te habilitan una mesa en el comedor, como favor especial, si insistes que necesitas trabajar. Todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable y servicial.

Gute Lage zur Altstadt

Von außen sehr hübsch anzusehen, von innen im Stil schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer lag den ganzen Tag zur Sonne und war dementsprechend aufgeheizt, an Atmen war selbst in der Nacht damit schwer zu arbeiten (keine Klimaanlage). Die Spülbürste im Bad müsste wohl häufiger gewechselt werden, ansonsten war es aber sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal war sehr nett. Auch als in der Nacht unser Zimmerschlüssel nicht zur Hoteltür passte, öffnete uns der Nachtportier.

I dont recommend this hotel to anyone .

I have found a black widow spider in my room just near the bed. Those types of spiders are poisonous. I have asked hotel reception lady to change my room but she refused then someone came claimed to be a manager start shouting and asking me to leave the hotel. I was shocked as i was looking for a solution and donot want a headche .This hotel is a nightmare . The lady was polite but the manager was extremly rude and non professional. Then he called the police which did nothing more than asking me to claim this with the booking company and leave the hotel . I donot recommend this hotel to anyone. I have changed the hotel to another one in the same area .

Fraglich warum das Hotel 4 Sterne hat. Vor 30 Jahren vielleicht gerechtfertigt. Fenster klemmen, Waschbecken mit riesigem Riss. Zustellbett mindestens 30 Jahre alt und qualitativ nicht zumutbar. Fernsehen nicht möglich da fast nur Schnee zu sehen war. Personal ist aber freundlich.
