"Townhouse is perfect for a stay in Exeter - very close to St David’s station and to the City Centre but nice and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!"
"Such a characterful property, with individual features, yet offering all the modern comforts.
On site brewery and pub, very central location. would very much recommend, would happily stay there again"
"This is a lovely property! The common area and breakfast were great. The room and bathroom were clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The neighborhood was fun! Our only complaint was no parking available but we found a spot in the street easily."

"I really like the people that run it ...you can have a laugh and a joke and their professional.
I love the quirky old fashioned styling but it's done in a modern way.
The menu seemed basic but the quality of the food was fantastic everybody should try the prawns starter !!!
Two dislikes
Coffee machine in room too small difficult to use.
The noise of extractor fans outside the windows was a constant drone but okay if you're used to noise and not from the quiet countryside.
I'm definitely going to visit again and I still give it a 9 /10"
"A perfect hotel, as a base to explore the local area, or if on route to Cornwall.
Certainly value for money, and would use again if I needed to.
Though there are very little facilities in the local area (Walking Distance) for families, but ideal for somewhere to sleep after days out."
"I think it would be fair to say that for comfort and privacy this accommodation was top-notch. The host was accommodating, the environment was clean and welcoming, Alison could not do enough to support her guests and accommodate their needs wherever possible. Although finding the property was likely to be difficult, Alison gave clear directions which made it much easier although if you’re not comfortable on driving on single lane country roads, be prepared because at least 1 mile of the journey between the main road and the house is very rural. Watching the deer in the fields made this trip extra special!"
