Villas in Haldummulla

Lovely stay at the estate. We had to leave at 6am to Horton Plains and they gladly helped to pack a delicious breakfast for us.

We stay one night in the Tea Garden hotel, which is conveniently situated about 45 min from the World’s End trail in Horton Plains. The room was spacious, accommodating our family of four perfectly, and the beds quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They packed a breakfast for our family (and driver!) in the early morning when we left for the park. The hotel is about 20-minute walk from an Indian restaurant if you are looking for dinner. Would recommend taking a cab when it’s...

Had my best stay at sri lanka and it is at this wonderful villa. The view from this place is really beautiful, i really enjoy my cup of coffee sitting on the rocking chair outside the villa. Place is clean and the care taker is really helpful. I will certainly love to stay here again.

My wife and I had a most wonderful stay at The Oliphant. It's one of the rare hotels which live up to the beautiful photos you see on the official website. Location: It's not very accessible so you need to hire a driver or rent a car. But the inaccessibility is part of the charm. The Oliphant is in a restored colonial bungalow that's over a 150 years old, and in the middle of the Oliphant tea estate. Accommodation: Despite the age, the hotel was recently refurbished and very well maintained....

about 10mins walk away from the town area in nuwara eliya. room was basic, bed was comfy and had warm blankets. water pressure was a little weak though staff seemed friendly and eager to help though we did not interact much with them. check in took about a minute, the moment we walked in we were shown our room right away no admin processes involved. check out was similarly fast too
