"We stayed in a very clean and quaint one bedroom, #12 which is upstairs. Met a few others there who were very nice. Two bottles of cold water, one of wine with flowers to greet us. All you would need to prepare heated meals, very nice refrigerator and everything any hotel provides, all done very nicely. Security is provided with fence and electronic gate opener. "Overall it was a good stay. The staff was really friendly. Breakfast every morning was pleasant. The location was fabulous. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Close proximity to bars and restaurants. We went to Pillars for dinner. Very good too. We loved the hiking trail as well. For a short stay, this is such a good option. No elevator, so stairs are your option. We didn’t think it was a big deal, but something to be aware of regards to expectations. Definitely 4.5 stars for the 2...

"Absolutely loved this place. Not only is it very picturesque but it's got that old English charm and is steeped in history with a museum and walking trail to the Fort Berkeley, giving lovely views of the Ocean. I loved being able to take the boat across to the infinity pool which was divine and to Galleon beach. One can also take Kayaks out for a trip around the harbor. "

We chose it for the price & location being right in the middle of the island and only about 20 minutes in any direction to any of the harbors, etc. They are very kind, very clean & it's peaceful in the 'country' there. The bed was comfy but both of our backs hurt after staying in it for a couple nights, so that's why I rated comfort a 4/5 but overall I would highly recommend!"

There's a taxi service just across the street (Del) and the bus stop to town is just down the road. The dorm I stayed was spacious, clean, had an aircon and the bed was very comfy. "Great room with a mini kitchen. Very well-equipped. It's right next to the water, but more like a fishing launch. Gorgeous beaches within a 15 minute drive though and access to StingRay City right next door. Lovely hosts who live on property. Quiet and comfy. Excellent value. "
