"The room was spotless and clean, really nice location. It was a shame that the pool was closed for the winter on a pair of 22 degree days when its been Spring for a month. I feel like thats something that needs mentioning on the website. We booked this one with the pool in mind and my kids were pretty disappointed that it was closed"

I told them I would be late arriving and they told me where to find the key. "Ideal accommodation for 2 nights over Kaikoura hop . Had the lodge 4 adults 2 kids . Very spacious and plenty beds . Tidy presentation . Would recommend. Only issue had lots wind from 2 am 2nd night and on other side of wall from bed head there are lots of garden stuff hanging . These made quite a racket crashing and banging . They need to be hung elsewhere."
