The room was wonderful. Spotless and spacious. It's in a great location and easy acces to the room. The "complimentary earplugs" were no where to be found as the weekend proved to be louder but it was the upstairs neighbours that were loudest. Bring earplugs and your own conditioner.

The room was extremely cold… and no way to adjust the temperature, no phone number to call anyone for help … I had to sleep with my winter jacket on ….no extra blankets either, bathroom floors extremely slippery when wet … place was clean and convenient to walk around downtown… but the frustration of being cold and not able to sleep due to cold make this terrible

It was a good experience to stay. Great location, convenient to go to restaurant and grocery shopping as well as convention centre. Quiet night (5-night stay) except for the last night because of a party by neighbour. The only thing I found difficult is the GE microwave. Somehow, it works randomly depending on a luck, as it was not heating food every time. But it is ok as we were not using it a lot.

The neighbours on our floor were fighting and slamming doors. I almost called the police but I share only because I think the noise could be better controlled within the building-perhaps thicker front doors? We could even hear them turn on their microwave. I expected street noise , just not this. Otherwise a beautiful view, easy to access and we used the parkade which was close and convenient.
