"Parking was not told to use until the day before the stay which i had a handicap person with me. No microwave for our stay which cost us more for food then we were planning First night it was so loud in the halls and rooms until 330 4am and i called down twice with noice complaints and nothing was done so my 2 small children didnt sleep I ask for towels and garbage change on day 2 noone came i had to call again before anyone came Pool was ice cold Customer service was garbage Never again will i stay here or recommend Experience was not great "

"Elevator our of commission during my stay, i believe it was due to flooding in the basement area. but that also forced mice up from the basement and unfortunately there were some in my room when i arrived. they did leave shortly after i entered once they found the door and didn't see any others during the evening. "

"The rooms are large, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable and clean! The complimentary hot breakfast buffet was deliciously prepared fresh each morning. The staff are very professional and friendly, from the owner to the manager and all staff at this hotel. We spent a glorious week at the HTH and felt so welcomed. Everyone treated us like family and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we could ever need. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely be coming back. "

"We stayed the night for a March staycation so it served its purpose. Our room was not ready at check-in and I had to state multiple times I had a pet even though I booked a pet room and called the day before. They said the room was late due to it being inspected for cleaning but when we got to the room we discovered someone’s pjs and wrappers on the floor and in the drawers. Our fridge was leaking and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. We did not bring these issues up as we only stayed for the night and left early morning. It looked like the hotel was booked up, so we left it but unfortunate and left feedback directly to the hotel too. "

"Clean room and property, breakfast is good, our room with 2 queen beds had lots or extra room. Staff is friendly and helpful. The connected hotel can make parking difficult when they are busy as parking is limited. However parking is available behind the hotel next to the fast food places. I stayed many times at this hotel and has always enjoyed the stay. "
