"I went to Leicester to see the Richard III museum, which was excellent. What I saw of the town itself was quite dirty my daughter did not feel safe walking to a restaurant a little distance from our hotel. HOWEVER, the hotel was excellent. Extremely clean, large room, very quiet and quite comfortable. The staff were wonderful."

"Positives: Clear instructions for the location and parking Heating had been turned on prior to our arrival Fridge had individual butter, milk and jam plus washing things were provided Unfortunately the negatives are much more plentiful: We sat on the sofa and the leg immediately fell off causing the sofa to collapse. This has been taped together. Most of the cupboards in the kitchen were nearly hanging off. The shower curtain was smelly and dirty. Despite following instructions and the...

"The room I had was roomy and clean, bathroom/shower again clean and spacious. Equipment and white goods suited my needs. Entrance to the room a little dark as outside lights didn't react early enough. Overall I would book again if in that area."

"Just one night business trip. Have stayed before. Good location and parking. Lady at check in was friendly and welcoming. Room confortable. Good bathroom and shower. Hotel feels tired. "Another repeat stay for a rugby game. Excellent position, comfort and very friendly staff. Every room is different, but comfortable and very clean. All the beds are great. Breakfast includes a good selection and is always very tasty. This will continue to be our 'go to' choice for games."

"This is so much better than a hotel. The room is big and airy with a little kitchen so we could make a snack and mugs of tea and coffee. Loved having a sofa and a table and chairs. The bathroom was immaculate. Check in and out was easy and staff were friendly. The area is quiet but the city centre is an easy walk so the location is ideal. Breakfast was excellent. "
