"Really unique property with some wonderful features and decor, great breakfast and good size room, some staff friendly but not all. It was really disappointing to be turned away from the lunch buffet due to conference delegates eating there and also the advertised children's facilities were not available, it wasn't clear they only open certain days of the week"

"The hotel staff are very friendly but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room I slept in. Was disappointed as it looked very shabby and cheap which I didn’t expect. I have been in better hotels before with the same status. My room was not once cleaned whilst I was there which was odd. We had dirty towel when we first came into the room which didn’t set the scene of cleanliness. No top up of tea or coffee which is the norm in hotel rooms. Breakfast was lovely and was plenty of it. All in all, its was ok."

"Hotel greatly exceeded our expectations for a reasonably priced (by Scandinavian standards) property adjacent to the main train station. It’s a grand old post office that has been repurposed as a hotel. Impressive exterior & spacious, modernised interior. Comfortable room, lovely breakfast (with barista), popular bar & great dining. Location is a major bonus for train & tram transport. Would highly recommend."

"Pleasant stay, Helpful check in staff. Very knowledgeable about the local area. Location is great. Central and direct above the central train station And a 7 eleven. We have breakfast. Was good quality and lots of options. We went down later on the first morning and noticed a better experience the following day at an earlier slot. Same with most hotels buffet breakfast to be fair"

"Very peaceful and quiet location. It could be a bit out of the way for some people but the trams and buses stop nearby. There is a 24 hr shop near by which you can access using an app ( we couldn't work it out ). No eating places close by :( . Room was clean , towels and bedding provided for (sofa bed too). Great view across the river . Overall a very pleasant stay :)"
