"Ma note passable n'a rien à voir avec l'hôtel mais avec votre site hotel.com !!!!! L'hôtel était fermé, vous n'avez pas pris en compte la demande de l'hôtel de le notifier sur votre site ! Aussi, ils m'ont quand même donné une chambre, mais j'étais seule dans l'hôtel sans personnel, ni petit-déj/restauration. C'est une honte de votre part d'autant que l'hôtel a tenté de vous joindre à maintes reprises pour avoir mes coordonnées."
