The hotel is in an excellent location that allows you to take a convenient 20 minute bus ride into Salzburg or a 10 minute drive. The outdoor terrace provides a nice place to unwind at the end of the day to watch the sunset. The staff at the hotel were excellent—friendly, accommodating, attentive and speak both English and German. The food at the restaurant was genuine Austrian cuisine that was made fresh daily. If you have any questions, the hotel team was willing to answer any questions. If/when we return to Salzburg, we will definitely stay here again

great for families!

Beautiful location and well appointed apartment. Friendly brothers who accommodated our children despite a national holiday. There are sheep and a playground and a delicious restaurant!

Beautiful views at sunset, nice dinner options at the on site restaurant, nice setting for a relaxing couple days off but the best thing about this hotel is how great the service was. Very attentive, very friendly and very efficient. I can’t speak high enough about them! Thank you for a great couple of relaxing days!

Great place to stay

Up a steep and unlit single track hill but that’s my only complaint. Lovely staff who found us an iron even though they were out of them. Great food at dinner including vegan options. Local recommendations from staff that were great. Comfy bed, easy parking once you’re there.

Beautiful but sleepless

The staff and service are amazing! Food was excellent and view from the guesthouse truely breathtaking. If you do stay, ask for a room NOT above the kitchen. The staff talking and cleaning up kept me awake until late.

We arrived on a Sunday and were the only ones staying at this hotel. After checking in we were told that the staff was leaving for two days and we had the entire place to ourselves. Had to drive into town for food/restaurants to eat. No AC or fans in the rooms, so we opened the windows and the mosquitoes were terrible. Woke up to many bites on our body. The Free parking was nice and the views were excellent. Check in was easy and we left the key in the door when we left.

Lamentablemente perdí un vuelo de conexión y llegué después de las 21:30 que es la hora límite de check in, ni tuve oportunidad de avisar. El lugar está muy aislado, en total oscuridad por las noches. Toqué el timbre y nunca nadie atendió aunque esperé casi una hora. Tuve que buscar otro hotel para esa noche. Lo que me molestó es que al otro día llegué y a las 10 am nuevamente no había nadie y todo estaba cerrado, toqué el mismo timbre y acudió una persona que vive en la propiedad. Los dueños que administran el hotel viven ahí y me pareció terrible que aún cuando ahí estaban, no me abrieron la noche antes. Por supuesto, cobraron la noche que no llegué. En otros aspectos, la habitación es extremadamente caliente y no hay ni aire acondicionado ni ventiladores. Tuvimos que abrir las ventanas y los mosquitos fueron terribles. En cuanto la la limpieza, accesorios como los contenedores para cepillos de dientes y otros rincones específicos, como debajo de las camas y los utensilios de cocina están sucios. Lamentablemente una muy mala experiencia.

Hyggeligt hotel i skønne omgivelser

Dette hotel ligger oppe i bjergene med en smuk udsigt over Salzburg. Hotelejeren er meget imødekommende og gør meget for at man har det godt under sit ophold. Han spørger ind til, hvad man skal opleve og giver sin egne inputs. Værelset er stort og sengen er god at sove i. Morgenmaden er klassisk, men god. Aftensmaden er virkelig lækker. Det ses også med alle de gæster, som kommer der kun til spisning. Alt i alt er servicen bare helt i top

如果你希望看到萨尔茨堡山间最美的一面，那一定要尝试一下这家酒店，如果你热爱徒步和越野跑，也一定住这里。酒店服务也非常棒。房间选择山景那一面更好。唯一的缺点是需求开车或打车才能抵达，但车程在15分钟内就可到达老城任何点，所以也不算大问题。

Mycket trevligt hotell uppe i bergen högt ovanför Salzburg, med fantastisk utsikt. Trevlig personal och fin restaurang. Gårdagskvällen bjöd även på världens åskväder som dånade mellan bergen och blixtarna lös upp natthimlen ⚡️

Best experience ever for Salzburg.

Watch the Alpes while breakfast, or watch the perfect sunset while having a wine, just incredible views form this place. Cousy very Cousy and the personal just made our stay completely perfect. They gave us recommendations about where to go and all local tips, that took us to the best views ever experienced. For sure we will be back to this special place. We were also able to run between the others near farms. Great great great!
