The hotel is location is excellent as it is nearby the main attractions in Hanoi or a short taxi ride away. The staff are wonderful and friendly, even gave us suggestions such as places to eat. Overall, we have a good time during our stay. However, the hotel might consider updating and better maintenance of their fixtures.

5 star experience. You absolutely have to stay at this hotel. The service, amenities and overall experience was amazing. The staff were respectful, courteous and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Good spot , all clean and tidy

The staff at Hotel Solis are all amazing, especially Liz at the front desk and the gentlemen at the entrance. Very helpful and friendly. The location is great as it's close to any food, spas or shops you are looking for to pamper yourself. Airport pickup and dropoff is helpful as well. Rooms are nice but the halls can be quite warm, as the temperature outside is. There are no room views, just neighbouring buildings that are quite run down. The rooftop bar area is a couple flights of stairs up and could use some coverage from the wind. The pool area was cramped but nice. Complimentary breakfast buffet is a good way to have a bite before going for a Viet breakfast. Please note the beers/drinks in the mini fridge are not complimentary, but there are no prices listed. Would definitely stay again, thank you for your hospitality!

It was clear that attention to detail was a priority, making for a comfortable and hygienic stay. Breakfast: The included breakfast was a highlight—tasty, varied, and thoughtfully prepared. There was a great selection of both local and international dishes, ensuring there was something for everyone. The quality and freshness of the food were excellent. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to assist with any questions or requests, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Overall, the Oriental Suites Hotel & Spa delivered a pleasant and satisfying experience. The combination of cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and attentive service made my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Rating: 5/5
