"There was a musty smell in the elevator and the hallways. The room was reasonably clean but there was mildew on the bathroom shower grout. One of the beds creaked. There was also a lot of noise from people outside (there is a pub downstairs)."

"It has a restaurant, a pub, and history. The room was clean, comfy, and quaint. The front desk person was helpful and friendly. The location is in the heart of Jasper. Yes to mountain views! Bar fridge and espresso machine, and more. It was affordable and I will stay there again."

"Limited choice of food for late arrivals. Reception staff could have been a bit more welcoming. Didn’t even get an “hello”. We had a loft room for 3 adults. Satisfactory apart from a generator going all the time on our first night."
