Hotel description says unlimited free parking, but this is street parking. Only place to park was in the drive in front of the hotel- blocking other cars. We were Told to move, but a Porche was allowed there later. Small room, bathroom door doesn't slide. Tiny room, even for one person. Be sure to indiCate how many people, or you'll get stuck with a tiny single room. Steep spiral stairs not friendly for wheeled or hEaheavyvy suitcases.

Super fint lille hotel, flere gode restauranter i nærheden, mulighed for at ta en færge indtil Hamburg Hafen City eller gå som vi gjorde, tog kun 40 min. Lækkert morgenmad og meget rare folk i receptionen

Abgelaufene Lebensmittel beim Frühstück

Der Check-In verlief nicht reibungslos. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption könnte mir keine Auskunft geben, bis wann ich am nächsten Tag auschecken kann. Das Nutella war bereits seit 590(!) Tagen abgelaufen. Ein älter Kollege an der Rezeption hat mein einfachen Hinweis nicht akzeptiert. Keine Entschuldigung o.ä. Alles in allem kein zufriedenstellender Service.

Hyggeligt hotel

Hyggeligt hotel med meget venligt personale. Stille område. Nemt at komme til city med bus nr. 6 - eller en dejlig gåtur langs Alstersøerne. Gratis parkering på hotellets forplads.

Trevligt hotell nära Alster

Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge i närheten av vackra Alstersee. Buss till centrum (12 min) går utanför dörren.Gratis parkering framför hotellet är ett extra plus i en storstad. Hotellet är charmigt och mycket kitschigt romantiskt inrett. Branta trappor upp till rummen, hiss saknas. Vårt rum var litet men trevligt. MYCKET skön säng! Inga ljud från gata eller andra rum.I stället hade vi fågelsång. Välstädat. Wifi finns men med dålig signal på översta våningen. Badrummet var bra men duschkabinen något svår att ta sig in i om man har lite nedsatt rörlighet. Frukosten serveras i ett litet men trevligt rum. Du får allt du kan önska dig utom varma rätter. Allt som allt är vi mycket nöjda men tycker att priset är för högt.

Ein hübsch eingerichtetes Hotel, welches sich perfekt für einen Kurztripp eignet. Sehr liebevoll war das Frühstückbuffet zubereitet - es fehlte an nichts. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit bei der Planung des Städtetripps.
