Check in was easy and parking (under the hotel) was convenient. Breakfasts were excellent, good choice and well presented. The only slight problem was the lack of air conditioning but the window opened wide (and safely) so the hot weather was bearable.

Our second time staying at this hotel while visiting our son. While not a fancy hotel it definitely has the charm of being close to so much in the city of Hamburg. It’s clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there on our next trip to Hamburg.

Bis auf das dass der Aufzug nicht immer ging waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Hotel liegt zentral man hat eine gute Anbindung mit U-Bahn oder Bus überall hin.Der Stadtpark befindet sich in der Nähe. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Kurztrip für eine Nacht, sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Auf alle Fälle ausreichend für solche Zwecke. Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Begrenzte Anzahl von Parkplätzen vorhanden. Saubere Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal. Empfehlung geht raus.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig und angenehm.Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.Das Frühstücksbuffett ist hervorragend-super nettes Personal-auf dem Punkt-sehr höflich -vielfältig.Ein Punkt Abzug,dass Zimmer hatte keine Air Conditioner und das Personal am Empfang nicht sehr höflich und zuvorkommend-etwas unfreundlich.

The rooms were not so clean. They kept the windows open and there were usually some kind of insect in the room. They did not provide slippers even when we asked. They had a cheap parking outside but the garage was rather expensive. The location was convenient. You could walk 5 minutes to STADRAD bicycle station.

Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße mit fast keinen Verkehr. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücks Büfett ist hervorragend mit einer großen Auswahl. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle 200 m und zur U-Bahn 5 min. Fußweg. Wir waren im September für 1 Woche dort und hatten auf Grund der Außentemperatur kein Problem mit der Klimaanlage. Falls wir wieder nach Hamburg fahren werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder dieses Hotel nehmen.

Pleasantly surprised

This place exceeded my expectations. I was only looking for an affordable place near the Hamburg airport, but was surprised how nice it was for the price. The hotel is part of an apartment complex and is a fairly residential part of Winterhude (hip spot) It’s a short bus ride away from Mühlenkamp strip with a ton of bars and restaurants. The room was great. Looked as if it was recent remodeled with nice lighting, fine bathroom and a sweet coffee/mini-bar setup. Coffee was 1€ per pod and fridge drinks were 3€. The gym was one of the nicest I’ve seen in a hotel at this price point. Full weight selection, your standard cardio spread and a room full of peloton-type stationary bikes for a spin class.
