We stayed for a second time in this hotel and we love it. The only problem is that was pretty loud from the noice at the back of the building. Previous time we had a room facing the front street and was better.

Great place to stay in Hamburg
We stayed at Hood House for a family weekend. The rooms are apartments and so are complete with crockery, microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc. As apartments they are only serviced weekly, but anything needed (towels, toilet paper etc) was readily available from the reception staff, all of whom were really pleasant and helpful and spoke excellent English. Excellent public connections in the area for the airport, stations and places to visit in Hamburg.
