I chose this hotel because it is two minutes walk from Grosse Freiheit 36, a music venue. It's in the centre of the red light district, so expect - if you're a single man - to be repeatedly approached and grabbed for "business". It didn't bother me, but it might bother some, hence why I mention it. The hotel itself is excellent. Comfortable rooms and excellent staff - no complaints there whatsoever.

It's close to the Beatles tour that we did & we slept well on the first night, the food & service was excellent & Havin really helped us for breakfast but on Friday night the music outside was so loud we got almost no sleep & it didn't stop until 4.30am. Another tip, get a room facing the street, otherwise your view is slum like to the rear. .

The staff was amazing, even though they have a no cancellation policy and I messed up the dates and arrived at 1 AM they help me sort out and accommodate me. Love these guys!

Unsafe atmosphere, ridiculously noisy at night

Despite the appealing rooms and friendly staff, my overall experience was marred by the hotel's unfortunate location. It is in the centre of lively clubs and a rather unsafe atmosphere, and I felt uncomfortable walking back in the dark. The ground floor, shared with a club, added to the incessant noise which made it difficult to rest and resulted in an overall unpleasant stay. The rooms are very dark. The disturbing environment and the extremely loud music and noise at night significantly detracted from my overall satisfaction.

Die Lautstärke bei einer Party im Hotel selbst war eine Katastrophe! Auf die Bitte, den Bass leiser zu machen, da das ganze Zimmer vibriert hat bis 04:00 Uhr morgens wurde nur gesagt, das man nichts machen könne… ein Zimmerwechsel kam nicht in Frage, da anscheinend keine Freien Zimmer mehr im Hotel waren

Indtjekning var meget langsomt da vi skulle udfylde en masse ting på skærm. Vi havde booket et værelse til tre personer, men det var ikke redt op til den tredje, og manglede både håndklæder og sengetøj. Sovesofaen var meget beskidt. Værelset var meget iltfattigt, det var meget larm udenfor, og indenfor på gangene lugtede det meget af joints. Ikke en oplevelse som frister til gentagelse.

Nyt hotel i en anderledes fed stil. God morgenmadsbuffet med kaffe af forskellig slags, mulighed for omelet eller andet varmt samt god service. Rituals produkter på badeværelset, gratis slik i receptionen og gratis drikkelse fra barskabet på værelset. Området ellers er lidt spændende, men det var ikke noget man lægger mærke til inde på hotellet. Vi var der tre nætter.

Das Hotel ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Aber das Zimmer war furchtbar klein. Man konnte gerade so ums Bett herumlaufen und kein Platz seine Sachen abzulegen. Würde das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Husk at anføre for stedet ligger - Fedt Hotel men hvis man ikke lige var opmærksom på, at det var lige ved Reberbahn, så bliver man slemt skuffet og får ingen søvn!
