Die Information, dass der Check-In ausschließlich digital möglich ist, wäre nützlich gewesen. Dass die unmittelbareumgebung nicht so einladend ist, weiß man bei diesem Stadtteil. Das mansardenartige Zimmer 501 war nett eingerichtet, die Größe der Nasszelle sehr angenehm.

Wir haben für das Frühstück bezahlt, konnten es nicht stornieren! Frühstück gab es erst ab 8:15 Uhr wir mussten aber schon um 8:00 Uhr los um unseren Zug zu bekommen! Also ohne Frühstück !!!

Great location in centre.System error with hotels.

Great location in centre. My stay was overshadowed by a system error with hotels.com that confirmed breakfast. However, the accomodation did not have the info that breakfast was booked. Allready 3 times raised with hotels.com. Since yesterday I am optimistic that it might get resolved.

Lugtgener på værelset

Vi boede på værelset øverst, hvor personalets pauserum var ved siden af vores værelse. Vi oplevede 2-3 gange, at personalet røg hash i deres pauserum som desværre kunne lugtes ret kraftigt på vores værelse og i gangen. Derudover kunne personalet stort set intet engelsk, hvilket var forventet, da det er oplyst, at de er flersproget inkl. engelsk. Rummet fejlede ingenting, der var rent, morgenmad var fin, parkering var nem og hotellet lå rigtig fint. Men baseret på hash lugten og at kommunikationen var så svær, så vil jeg ikke anbefale hotellet eller selv booke det igen.

Hyggeligt og renligt hotel

Dejligt og hyggeligt hotel med meget rene værelser. Flot og i indbydende badeværelse. Lækker morgenmad med meget udvalg. Parkeringsmuligheder ved kælder parkering mod betaling. Venligt personale.

Good value for money - location, comfort, service

Nice comfortable hotel with parking garage and excellent service. Within walking distance (1-2 km) from the most popular tourist sites and museums. Clean and you get what you see in the pictures.

Hotel an sich ganz okay. Jedoch ist die Lage nicht zu empfehlen. Bitte beachtet, dass sich das Hotel am Steindamm in St. Georg befindet. Meine Freundin hat sich sobald es dunkel wurde nicht mehr aus dem Zimmer getraut.

Snegle og sopp i gardinene.

Den mest forferdelige hotell opplevelsen jeg har hatt. Reseptionisten var frekk og lite samarbeidsvillig. Hotell var veldig skitten med støv overalt. Måtte vente en time på å få rom pga at det ikke var klart, når vi kom inn så var det fremdeles skittent med snegle og sopp i gardinene.

Ein- und Auschecken verliefen sehr zügig. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war vorbildlich, und das Frühstücksbuffet wunderbar. Was allerdings nicht so gut war: Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht und erhielten ein Doppelzimmer mit einem aufgeklappten Einsitzer. Die Liegefläche hatte zwei dicke Wulsten, wovon eine in Rückenhöhe war - das gab Rückenschmerzen!

Wenn wir im Savoy gewesen wären, könnte ich auch eine Bewertung dafür abgeben. Leider wurden wir erst vor Ort darauf hingewiesen (Zettel an der Tür vom Hotel Savoy), dass wir zum Hotel Novom Styles, ein paar Meter weiter, uns einfinden sollten. Dort hatte man uns dann ein Zimmer reserviert. Alles in allem ganz akzeptabel. Frühstück gab es ja nur zum mitnehmen, Samstag, Sonntag und Montag alles ok, aber am Dienstag morgen teilte uns die Dame mit, dass wir nur ein Brötchen und ein Gebäck (Crossaint, Franzbrötchen) nehmen dürften. Was soll das ? Wenn wir vor Ort richtig gefrühstückt hätten, hätte ich auch nicht nur ein Brötchen gegessen, sondern auch vielleicht drei Brötchen oder Rührei, oder gekochtes Ei oder Müsli oder etliches mehr. So wurde halt alles für die Gäste knapp kalkuliert.

Im Zimmer gab es keinen Service. Das Morgenessen sehr minimal, täglich gleich und schon vorgefertigt, hygienisch verpackt viel Abfall. nur ein Kaffee. Die Umgebung unsicher. Keine Information im Vorfeld, dass das gebuchte Hotel geschlossen ist und keine Information zu Parkplätzen.

Oda çok küçüktü. Yataklarda tek kişilik ve çok dardı. Konforu da çok kötüydü. Temizlik iyiydi. Kahvaltı korona dan dolayı paket olarak veriliyor. Otelin genel ortamı iyi fakat oda hayal kırıklığı idi.
