Large room with 2 single beds (which was requested). Nice and clean. Very quiet - no noise from hallway, elevator or "slamming" doors. Staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet extensive with plenty of options.

Clean,well presented and great location.

Very clean hotel located in a nice part of Hamburg,within walking distance to a lovdly park(with cafe),St Pauli and the waterfront. I got the S1 train from the airport,which dropped me off a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. Can't comment on food and drink as we ate out,thd bar in the lobby did look nice though. Good stay all round.

Had to use my greenlandic mobile internet. since the hotel internet is like 30 years ago in denmark. Germany is often very bad at giving a good connection.

Well located. Rooms were not that clean and quite noisy. The breakfast at €30 per person was very low quality. No service whatsoever in the breakfast buffet, for €30per person I expect a waiter to take my order and bring it to my table. Eggs were cold, cheeses had been out for ages (were drying out), bacon was covered in grease, very poor selection of fruits. Cafe across the road was much better.

Large room with a great shower, albeit the shower is apart from the toilet so if people are not comfortable with others being in the room, this could be an issue. The room also had two single beds, but we booked one king bed. The worst aspect of the stay was the dust in the room. One lighting fixture was even covered in cobwebs. Having said all this, the hotel has the BEST breakfast buffet I have ever enjoyed. All in all, a pleasant stay despite the dust issues and the fact that the building needs updating. Hotel Har
